I don't want to be a downer here, and hope it is just a flex plate, but that video is the exact sound my gtp made. I had spun 2 rod bearings. It would go away when climbing in rpm, and knock coming down off revs. Good thing is you said you saw nothing in your oil change, aluminum bearing material most likely would be in there if it was a bearing.

Did your knock dissipate after idling or just not be there?

It was only quiet on a cold crank, once warm I could always get it to knock coming down off a rev.

Yeah mine never does it when cold and does it intermittently when warm. Also noticed it changes with what gear it's in and goes away in between gears. Easiest to do that is in between park and reverse. Completely gone then.

So as crazy as this sounds no one has been able to figure the out what was causing the noise and on top of that, the warm weather we have been having it is now gone and havent heard it since it got warmer out. coincidence? Strangest sh*t ever.
