I'm back to this again. I have a 02 GTP. When starting the vehicle it will idle at 2,000 RPM's When warm it will idle at 3,200-3,500 RPMs.

    The following have been replaced/tested
TPS, IAC, MAF, smoke test (with no leaks detected)

I can see the TPS adjust in the Torque as well as The IAC position adjust as the engine warms up and while accelerating. Although when at idle is it showing a position of 0. That is fully open I believe yes?

I'm just trying to figure out what else would be causing this high idle.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance.

    Kurt.

stock TB? IAC = 0 means the valve is slammed shut so you've got extra air coming in from somewhere.
Are you running a breather? any leaks in the intake tube after the MAF (if LQ4?)

Yes it is the stock TB. I am not running a breather and I'm not sure about the intake tube (would that show itself during a smoke test?). I seem to be going back and forth between the engine idling too high or idling too low to keep the engine running.
Just before replacing the IAC the engine would not stay running on it's own. I would have to keep my foot on the gas just a bit. If not it would idle down and kill.

Maybe check the EGR tube for a crack as well, although not sure if that would cause the extremes you are seeing. Good luck
