you dont want to get a downpipe AND headers, just one or the other. the headers will replace the factory exhaust manifolds and the downpipe. the downpipe connects to the factory manifolds.

with an intake, downpipe, spark plugs, and some form of a PCM change youll feel a lot more confident about the car being a little quicker.

So at the moment, again making the supercharger a later project, just get perhaps....This as a downpipe : ZZ Performance
Or do I get all of it and get ZZ Performance
Also, on the 'all of it', they have another one thats about one hundred dolalrs more, but stainless steel, is that 100 dollars really worth it? ZZ Performance

the downpipe is what you want. youre going to need to select one from the drop down box. you definately want 3". if you want to keep your cat or not is up to you, but i would get a bolt in one. that will take care of the most restrictive part on the car and give you a little more top end.

the catback is mainly for sound. you can get into the 350+ whp range before the stock catback becomes a restriction. i would leave yours as is and save money.

Okay, so getting a 3" downpipe with bolt it and Cat is the way to go in terms of exaust then. And that will mount on the rest of my stock exaust system?

yup. you have to remove about four bolts. they will be rusty though and possibly break. it would be a good time to replace them.

Okay. Rusty bolts I can deal with. And for intake Just stick a 3" K&A Cone filter or whatever in a PVC pipe and be done with it? Or is there some other thing you reccomend?

i have a cone stuck right on my TB because i dont care about inlet temperatures since my blower is just going to heat it up anyway.

in your case i would look into TDCRacings fender well intake or making one of your own with 4" PVC and a cone filter. i think there are a few writeups on here somewhere that you can look through.

Okay, I messaged TDC about it. also, for the computer (P somethin, cant remember at the moment, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about) I've seen updated ones, like a 3.0 version, and then a 1.0 version. Should I just buy the one that they'll tune for me before they send it based on my parts? or should I buy the software myself when I continue to upgrade my car....?

it is the best intake out there that you can buy. mine is still the best you can make.

for the computer, called a PCM, you can do a few things. tuning software is expensive and you then have to learn it and take responsibility when you blow up your car. there are two options with this, a DHP Powertuner or HPTuners. both have their strengths and weaknesses, but the DHP is no longer made so you can only get them used. otherwise in your case i would just go for some type of vendor PCM. if you want something more tuned towards YOUR car, then you should have a little conversation with Will Overkill. otherwise if you dont go to him, id recommend an intense PCM or a DHP 1.0.

And I get to keep all these after I do the top swap? I know I'll need to change the PCM, but I don't think thats to hard. And as far as I know, the rest of the upgrades are once I get it supercharged?

yes. all of these things you will be able to keep.

however, when you do decide upon a top swap you will want to make sure you add more because of the higher compression of the l36 block. it will cause you to knock, or ping as old school guys say, without more flow mods or a larger pulley on the supercharger.

You might as well get a plog and 180* t-stat too. If you do make sure its ceramic coated, or else the painted one will just make smoke and melt off anywayz.

Or just get the stainless. Similar properties to ceramic, tougher, and nothing to flake off.

I agree with the mods suggested but I think you might want to consider ZZP's SS M-90 kit I have been running this setup for over a year problem free it may cost you a little more initially than a top swap but it's also a little easier to install ,I'm not going to compare the 2 setups I would have gone top swap except I already had ported N/A heads ,and do'nt worry about the single pulley setup with the ZZP setup it workes just fine down to a 3.25 pulley (no slippage) aanjyway check out your options and decide which you want .Chico.
