    Hi, ive read a little bit about flashed pcm's but im still not sure exactly what it is... How do you go about doing this, and what is the price range and difficulty level?? Any information about it would be greatly appriciated.
    (Also i have a grand prix se, can i do this to it?)

    do you have a 3.8 or a 3.1?

    Its a 3800 so 3.8..

    If you were wanting to tune you're pcm you would have to get a tuner. If you were needing a different vin flashed to the pcm the dealer can do it.

    Okay, how much is a tuner and where can i find one? Also, im stil not sure on what exactly this will do... is it a good idea to do it?

    just get a vendor pcm. it will be cheaper so long as youre not going to be modifying the car a ton.
