Just paid the Buick dealer 30 bucks and they couldn't program my remotes. their aftermarket but are compatible with the OEM for replacement. They even had a OEM remote that also wont program. Lost both originals that came with the car and I don't know what the h e double hockey sticks to do. Any suggestion.

Well, it would help if we knew what year/model of car we're dealing with. Beyond that, there should be a how-to on here somewhere that can walk you through it step-by-step.

I just had a local locksmith program some new key fobs. $75 for the first, $35 for the 2nd (including the price of the remotes themselves). I try to stay away from dealerships.

This has happened to me, do you have any codes? reciver could be toast too. My issue was they would read and program. when they would unplug the tech2 it would loose its memory.

It ended up being cheaper for me to buy a nice aftermarket alarm then let them spend days with my car.
