Also would it be a good idea to put Indian head gasket sealer or copper spray for a better seal? or just get it clean?

I would pull just the bolts one at a time and put a teflon based paste/sealer on them. Using metal gaskets, I like to use 15ft lbs of torque. The only potential that you leave yourself open for w/o a sealant/loctite on the bolts is coolant and oil seeping up the bolt threads and onto the lower intake.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Alright. i need to replace lim gaskets anyways because i over torqued them and this is the last time i want to do it for awhile. so 15ft lbs for the aluminium gaskets. i done 25ft lbs because i could not find the specs anywhere and spend hours on google lol

There is a torque spec thread here on the forum. Although it'll say 11 or 13 based on which gaskets were available at the time.

The plastic frame only was 11
The plastic frame with metal inserts around bolt holes was 13
I personally decided on 15 for the aluminums
