Would a 1.9 rocker swap require tuning?

not really. people run the rockers and a 3.4 pulley on a stock tune. so n/a im sure you'd be ok.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

your n/a. so the supercharged cars come with a 3.8 sc pulley, some can drop to a 3.4 pulley with headers 1.9 rockers and no tune, every car is a bit different what works for this guy may not work for the other guy.

so yeah, you could run rockers with out a tune is what i was getting at.

and thats because its not really worth modding them, most see like 200 hp out of a n/a on a dyno. (modded) it come stock at like 180 ish to the wheels.

top swap would put you around 240 give or take, add a cam it goes up, drop a pulley it goes up some more. top swap is heads lower intake and supercharger, balancer and the sc pulleys and idlers and tensioner from a l32 or l67 put on a n/a block. cost like 400 or less for all of that, then you need new head bolts, headers and gaskets for it all. around a grand all in all.

turbo would be any where from 250 to 500 depending on the size of the turbo and such.
