Where would be a good place to get all the bolts to hook up the different things like the pulley bracket and supercharger.

If I run my car with 0 KR will there still be damage to the pistons? Im about to put quite a bit of money into my car and don't want to waste my money if I'm going to chuck a piston later down the road. This is my daily driver and I will be driving aggressively. Will I be okay with the higher compression if I make sure I have 0 KR? Or should I do a lower compression?

    Well it should be fine.

I've beat the crap out of mine at the ~200-270 whp range for two years now. Still together.

But you could be that guy that has it explode instantly. Its not out of the question.

Damn, thats a tough decision. Do you think changing pistons for a lower compression would be worth it?

    No.

The M90 is a terrible power adder.

Run a larger pulley and keep the suck to a minimum.

Alright. I have read through the thread and I am still a bit confused on a couple things.

    1. The vacuum hose coming off the brake booster has a smaller vacuum line on it for the L36. I know that the larger hose from the brake booster goes to the large port on the vacuum source on the top of the supercharger. My question is where does the smaller vacuum line connect to?

    2. I have the L36 to L67 wiring kit from here L36 to L67 Wiring Conversion Kit I have the MAP sensor one all situated. I know it says that the boost bypass is not needed. If I choose to use it, where does the electrical connector connect to? Does it connect to the little black box sitting under the boost bypass actuator?

Thanks for the info. I may have a couple more questions.

What exactly do you mean by twisting the head? Do you mean twist and pull the connector off, then replace with L67 connectors?

    hold the fuel line.

twist the head on the line until it'll line up nicely with the L67 fuel rail.

    push connector into L67 rail.

    done.

Read the whole thing for the most part, but still have a couple of questions on top swapping my 02 GT.

First of all, I bought a whole motor out of a 97 gtp, but wanted the higher comp, so im top swapping.

    1. I've read that the injector clips changed from 97 to 02. Can i just cut the clips off the 97 harness and solder them on my 02?

    2. I'm looking at the top end gasket set on rock auto from fel pro, it appears to cover everything as far as gaskets go, is this correct? I plan on ARP headstuds and rocker bolts.

    3. Do i need to switch the MAP sensor clip?

I think thats all the questions i have for now. Im sure ill come up with a few more though

    Thanks!
