Ok so I have a 2000 GP GT and I just picked up a brand new set of TOG 3" headers and downpipe(unnecessary, I know) but got a great deal on them for only $240 so I couldn't resist. I am just curious as to what I should do next? Will I need a new cat? Resonator? I was thinking of just picking up a set of mufflers and a nice set of tips to weld in but I have no idea what sounds best for these engines. I keep hearing that stock mufflers are a good route, Should I just save the money and do my headers with stock mufflers? Also I was thinking about doing a CAI or FWI and a tune, any suggestions on what's best? I tried to do some searching around but couldn't find a definitive answer. I'm not looking to make a huge HP gain just sound good and maybe improve MPG while I'm at it.
