Hope this is not too late, but do not use an universal cat. You will get a P0420 code soon after the replacement.

I made the mistake of using the cheap ZZP cat with their dp. The check engine light is on but my car seems to run ok.Originally Posted by Madness

Found the gasket at O'Reilly's. I used a Walker direct fit CAT. Hope it lasts... Thanks for your help! Now on to more issues, trans pan leak, intake manifold leak.
