Ok so theres two studs that come out of the heads on a gt for the engine mount. Do i put both them same two in the GTP heads? Im asking because i cant find a nut that will fit so i can tighten my supercharger tensioner up to the bracket. Also are the E.G.R bolts m8x1.25 in size? The ones that connect to the downpipe and LIM. Please help id really like to get my car done soon its killing me.

Yes, the studs are the same. On that nut. It's a specific nut, 13mm with almost no shoulder. This allows it to fit into the hole. Many other nuts on the engine are the same, but have a big shoulder. I have ground off the shoulder of a normal nut to use it in that position when the nut has become lost.

If you look at the size of the stud vs exhaust ones, you'll see why it won't fit.

That stud IIRC is a M10 by 1.50 thread. Find yourself a 13mm nut with the M10 hole, then grind the shoulder off it. There's maybe only two 13mm nuts with an M10 hole on the entire car. I don't know what the nut comes from besides the tensioner, but I know I've had 2-3 when in a jamb that were in my piles of spare parts. Keep in mine..100's of cars roll through here.

IMO it's easy to find. Hit any JY where there's a GTP, Regal GS, Impala SS with SC or Monte SS with SC.

Any W body car with an sc has this nut.

Whats the bolts size for the bolts that connect the BBV to the supercharger?

A supercharged car has no BBV, that's a turbo thing.

The BCA aka Boost Control Actuator is held to the SC with two 10mm bolts. They are about 3/4" in length. FWIW if you took pics of all your spare bolts, we could tell you exactly where to put which bolts.
