Can anyone tell me what this is?

The clicking under throttle is the bad lifter (I think)
    the squeaking though is new..

Tough to say from the vid. Sounds a little like lower end vs lifters. But I could see it being something like a lifter as well.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

started it up today. no squeak and SES light went out. clicking is still there. This girl, like all others, is giving me headaches...checked oil. no oil loss and oil looks clean. No coolant loss and no evidence of oil in coolant. installed new MAF sensor three days ago, ran fine for first day, no misfire. Then it started again the next day. Switched from 91 to 93 octane. Again, ran great with no misfire for 1 day.

Ever loctite'd your rocker bolts (assuming they are reusable Comp Cams ones)?

    Or did you use TTY?
