2005 Grand Prix GT .... Had this problem last two days or so I go to start the car and it hesitates for a second before starting up and running normally. Today I get into it and it's the same thing but the time on the radio and the date above the radio on the panel all reset to 12:00 AM and January 1st. Also started it up coming home from work and still same thing every reset again.

I live about two minutes from work so when I get home I try it again after I shut it off and it took a few seconds longer for it to start I stop and moved out infront of the house. I turn it off and walk back in a for few minutes , come back out to go to Autozone and it wouldn't click over. So I stopped tried again and nothing at all.

Please help! Not very savvy on cars at all so any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Eric

sounds like your battery is on its way out. have it tested, and load tested. also check the date on it and the months its good for, see if its timed out.

    Eric Vanek,

I agree with the others, sounds like a battery issue. Were you able to get this issue resolved?

    Please keep us posted.
