I have a 2004 l26 motor. i had recently found a l67 top end off of a 95 buick riviera. I took the heads, lower intake and the Supercharger already. after installing the heads onto my motor, the intake manifold would not fit. I heard that the l67 and the l32 are about the same, but is there a size diffrence in the manifold? Do i need to get a diffrent manifold? if so what would be best route?

How specifially is it not fitting? The only thing I can think of is that the lower intake manifold is backwards.

Actually... It doesn't fit because you got an earlier supercharger.

You need a blower and lim from a 97-03 for Series II M90 gen 3 or 04-08 Series III M90 Gen V.
Those would be GP years, others may vary.

The motor is L67 Series I and the supercharger is not M90. I think the SC is M62? Measure the pulley; should be 2.9 inch.

    Correct ....

From 92-93 the Series 1 L67 had the M62 uncoated rotors.
94-95 Series 1 L67 had the M62 with coatted rotors
here's the confusing part.... they kept the motor designation the same on the SC model when they changed to Series 2. yet they didn't on the NA motor.
In 1995 the NA motor cars got the Series 2 motor, SC cars still kept the Series 1.
In 1996 the Series 2 SC motor was available.

If you look closer, you'll notice you can't use those heads. They aren't symetrical and you shouldn't be able to get the pushrods or exhaust to line up properly.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
