its not about the car handling over 110.

Its about your incredibly reduced ability to react to dangers in time at those speeds.

Speed limits aren't so the cops can collect money, they're for safety.

Like I said, read safely modding thread.

By V8 you mean a different car?

If so, it might be best to leave yours stock as to keep it more reliable and save money for the other vehicle.
yea i was thinking that but im gonna get a loan for my next car (GTO) so i dont need to save to much and im really into racing and very impatient so thats also y i wanna lightly mod my car to at least heads and a tune along with the exhaust and intake wich i alrdy have, to hold me over till few years untill i get another loan for the GTO

Ok so are you still lookng for performance lol.You say your budget is 1500, do you have good skill under the hood and want maximum power? If so maybe consider top swap. You can get a whole setup for under a grand and have money for extra things like headers, gauges, etc. Or do you just wanna stick with N/A with bolt ons? Theres a few paths you can take ER rockers which is a great mod adds a nice amount of power, headers or plog-bigger downpipe if you want simpler. Then Hv3 which is the next biggest power adder.Theres other lil things you can add but overall those are great and will give you more power. You can also cam if you so choose.I believe a GT2 cam setup with a nice tune can get you 50+whp.
04 GTP-3.6 pulley, custom tuned, Intake, headers, thrush exhaust, al104 plugs, 180* stat, shift kit, flipped mounts

cant find cams for my car, its impossible, and i was thinkin heads, HV3 and ER rockers with tune that sounds pretty good to me, wat exactly does a top swap do tho?

You're not gonna get 260HP out of a N/A 3800 unless you join a sponsored race team or wanna dump a chit load of money into it, where as a top swap would be cheaper to achieve those numbers.

03 GTP...Its got pulleys and stuff.

usrsbro? stop being ignorant and listen to what people are telling you

EVERYTHING that you COULD do in your budget has already been listed in this thread and in the safely modding thread and there are atleast 5 different NA cams that you could choose from so stop you're whining... starting to wonder if you're going for the 2012 troll of the year award

Just sayin it is possible to squeeze 260hp out of a N/A there have been people with 205-210whp on stock heads but with every bolt on cam included and even coming close with ER rockers. And if my math is right thats about 260hp.But anyway OP top swap is just basically slapping a GTP's supercharged setup onto your N/A car.It takes some work but can be done and with just headers, intake and tune your at your hp goal already.

    Skimming doesn't = reading.

So you probably missed everything you need to READ and LEARN.

It is obvious you probably didn't even skim it by the questions you keep asking.

Also, like Matt said...watch that posting style.

    Moderator pig pile!!!!!

OP. You say cams are impossible to find, yet I referenced you to the name of the cam that would be good for what you are trying to do. You say you want more top end, yet you don't seem to realize that until you mod further the only thing likely to happen from pushing an NA high in rpms for extended periods of time is blowing the motor. Our motors do not like to be held in high rpm for long periods of time in stock form. Your stock engine would likely run out of steam around 110-115mph depending on gearing.

Please..take a few moments to go back and reread your thread. All your questions were answered and there's really no need to start the bad language.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
