    just as the title says, i cant figure out how to get the bolt on the bottom of the brackett off, there is something in the way and i cant get around it

    Are you talking about the aluminum mount bracket that is bolted to the head? If so, the coolant temperature sensor is in the way of getting a socket and ratchet on the lower bolt. You will probably have to drain some coolant out and remove the sensor so that you can get the bolt out.
