These motors are pretty stout. Mileage on the bottom half means nothing.

I would if anything just rebuild the top half of the motor. Roller lifters, new LIM gasket, clean the LIM and UIM. Put in an HV3 while your add it.

If you really want to replace the motor, swap it out for a low mileage L32. Have fun with the S/C
