    i've never put one in but from what i've read , i think you put it in the alt bracket and line the elbow up with the manifold and wiggle it as you tighten it down, to get it to go in and seal properly. and a little spit for lube on the O rings lol

    That's what I did Scotty thanks. It went together fine, I think. I put a light bead of silicone on the outer edges of the elbows.

    But get this. My car doesn't have a belt routing decal and I'm trying to figure out how to put the damn fan belt back on.

    I'll see if I can find it online.

    It's all back together. It wasn't a problem putting the elbows on the tensioner bracket and installing it.

    Now I should flush it and replace that Dex Cool crap with some regular anti freeze. Peak makes an antifreeze that works with any kind. I also had another thermostat that was stuck open. It was replaced in November when I replaced the Dex Cool.

    Again, I really appreciate everybodys input on this thread.
