Thats what I was thinking. You'd have to lose over half your oil for it to trigger the sensor and I dont see that happening without some sign or symptoms of trouble. The bad side of it is that you have to drain the oil out to change it, or at least get it below the level of the sensor hole in the pan. If you end up replacing it, be sure to use some thread sealant.
thats what might end up happenin.this might sound dumb but i need to know;whats thread sealant?where can i find it?and what exactly am i sealing?and thanx everybody for your input,good lookin out.
