For some reason my car is getting warmer than usual. Gets up to 210. Then when I come to a stop sign or lights the car will keep trying to move forward on me. Also when I take off it sounds like its miss firing. Any ideas on what that is?

It's warming up, your idle is probably coming up from the AC being on etc.

As for the car being 210, the fans don't come on until 216F/228F, if you sit in traffic, that's normal.

Is the car pulling hard at the stoplights? Maybe the TPS is going bad and it's reading that you are still lightly on the throttle etc. All these are possible.

Any more detail around how it's behaving etc?
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Well it only does it once every couple days. I get pissed easily and when I take off ill floor it. Then the temp comes down and the car is fine.

Seems to work like a charm.... just dont want that to be the fix for it. A friend of mine said maybe the head or heads are warped... could that be the issue?

    No, not likely.

Sounds like the temps are normal and the TB could use a good cleaning.

When was the last time you had a tune-up?? Changed the fuel filter?
