In the last month or so i have replaced bolth valve cover gaskets, lower intake gasket, upper intake manifold and gasket and bolth plastic coolant elbows. Now i have a water/black oil mix leak under the center of the engine, i changed my oil last week after the lower intake gasket change so my oil is clean, so its weird the oil from the leak is black. Just a little confused, but anyone have any ideas? Also i dont see any fluid anywhere that i can see on the top or sides of the engine.

How are your fluid levels? Do they drop or stay the same?

Have you made sure all your hose clamps are tight?

Coolant tends to gunk up and catch dirt when it leaks, especially dexcool after its exposed to air.

OK i found where my leak is coming from i noticed it is coming from a tube sticking out of the firewall on the passenger side and on the end of this tube is a rubber elbow that flattens out on the end and has a small hole at the tip of this elbow I'm guess it has something to do with the heater but why is it leaking this water all of a sudden? Any help would be great thanks.

Air conditioning condensate drain. If your heater core is leaking, it will drain from the same tube.

Please..don't think this is the most uncommon part on the car, a headgasket. I would money down on a bet against BoostedBlack that it isnt' a headgasket.

My first thought halfway through reading your post was that you cleaned the LIM bolts and didnt' put any sealant on them for reinstallation.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
