What are you? A noob?
My SLP header gave me 25 hp, SLP exhuast = 15 hp, and K&N intake = 17 hp. A total of 57 hp added on.
For the 99 looking at the mods I see that the K&N intake gives him 13hp, SLP headers =25hp, and SLP exhaust = 15hp. A total of 53hp.
The headers gives him the 20 hp you said and 5 hp more. Just go on 3800performance and look up the parts and hp.

LOL!!!
what about all those stickers on the side like nos and type r those are good for 200+ horsepower. even if you get the dyno on those numbers there moters set up and tuned for there parts like when slp does there numbers its not a all stock motor they set up the test to make them look good. 20hp is a moddest number with headers id think more than that... but if you think a supercharger only gives you 50 to 60 why the hell would headers and exhuast and a intake give you the same just doesnt make sense.
Have you dynoed your car to prove this? If you also read 3800 performance, the number boosts given always say "on a stock." You can't just start adding them all together, as once you put that first mod on, it's going to decrease the gain from another. With all my Impalamods, maybe I'm at 300 at the flywheel, but that would be ideal temps and with a custom tune, not from just slapping the mods on and buying a ZZP PCM. That's not to say I'm not happy with them, but I knew going in I wouldn't hit those magic numbers and would ALWAYS hit the max for all the components every time.
On each of those product's page, it says "up to XX amount of HP". That assuming the absolute best conditions for that one mod alone. They will give you less than that, and as they add together their cumulative effect becomes less.
But, make way for you, the more experienced one... Apparently I'm just a noob...![]()
Then why didn't just say that in the first place? Any idea how much one mod affects another's effectiveness?
I haven't dyno-ed my car, but I have gone to a 1/8 track.
This is with MSD coils and wires, headers, exhaust, and the intake.

Honestly Malefic_GP you have to take what aftermarket performance shops say about their products with a grain of salt. They will sugar coat everything and say how good it is because they want you to buy their product.
3800performance also states that in there stage 6 package you can run a 3.0 pulley on stock injectors...im at 86% duty cycle now...with a 3.2.....anything over 80% range is debatable....but i guess since it says it on 3800 performance and im a noob....nevermind im done
Why thank you, but I believe he was calling Sabrewings a noob.
BTW on your inj duty cycle you could probably squeeze some more out of the stock injectors buy doing a fuel pump rewire and the "Big Three" rewire. Also I believe the condition of your stock pump makes a big difference. Do you know what your fuel pressure is? I am not saying I would try to squeeze every little bit out of the stock inj though. Unless you don't plan on modding any further, but I have a feeling you will![]()
