Now I have almost all the parts for the top swap, but I was riding pass the junk yard today and spotted an 04 Comp G and I REALLY REALLY want that Gen V out of it but how much more extra work would I have to do get that hooked up? I read in the sticky about custom vacuum lines... how difficult would this be?

not difficult, you need to choose if you want to block off evap and run the L67 t/b or block it off (if you choose to run a N* or Ls1 t/b). Next, your going to have to run pcv, either block it off and run a breather (i hate breathers) or use it by tapping in somewhere between the t/b and blower (after maf, so its metered). You might want to think about doing a N* or Ls1 t/b while your at it.

    my car has a N* and LQ4

if you do it, you can run the STOCK gen V Evap on the back side of the blower and block the L67 TB. Personally i would run the Northstar TB so that the Inlet of the Gen V matches the Northstar TB. That is the easiest way.

If you run the Northstar the STOCK GenV Evap is with out a question the way to go.

After that the PCV in the Gen V can be used EXACLTY like the stock Gen 3 blower. If you are running the L67 TB then you have to have a fresh air inlet before the throttle blade. IF you have the Northstar you can connect it to the Barb on the TB....No modification needs to be made to the PCV system
