Well it depends on what you want to do. Turbo will net you more power, but you'll have to get a transmission upgrade and have a little cash. It just depends on how fast you want to go and how much you want to pay.

I'd go turbo, but that's just what I want to do.

    How deep are your pockets?
Turbo is like $10k (all said and done) and it'll keep nickel-and-dime-ing you from there. Not a particularly reliable vehicle.
M90 will cost you like... idunno, $800. Plus plenty of hassle to get it perfect. And then you've only got a regular tranny instead of the HD version, and a weaker gearing... so throw a nice one on top, you're looking at... $2500 total?

The easy way to go, and my suggestion:
    Open Cone Intake ($45)
    3" Catted ZZP Downpipe ($170?)
    ZZP PLOG ($200?)
    ZZP HV3 ($200?)
    1.9 rockers ($300?)
Throw in a canned tune from Overkill or Intense for improved efficiency, harder shifts, etc. ($250?)
That'll give you a little more oomf and improve gas mileage to boot.

But hey, if you're a more advanced mechanic... the sky's the limit, my friend. Read and ask questions.
