Get new coolant elbows...they are in the HELP section at all of the auto parts stores.

when you put the new gaskets in make sure to use rtv in the corners and make sure the surface of the heads and manifold are sqecky clean it is fairly straight forward and make sure you spens the 11 bucks on the coolant elbow and also u might want consider switching from dexcool to regular green coolant
