so my wife runs the car with the "low fuel" light on for a little too long, she turns it off or it dies at the fuel pump, she puts gas in it and tries to start it, i find it pushed into the haddicapped spot at sheets when i get off work, I check the fuel rail and get nothing, checked the relay and switched it with the AC blower relay nothing, i even bent the prong back to engage the high speed pump to see if that worked....nothing(i think bending the prong for the relay is only for the gtp...not sure, but tried it anyway) so......
I then went and bought a fuel pump and installed it and ........
    .......nothing
    now what....
    is there another fuse....
is there a fuel reset saftey switch

maybe you should try bypassing the fuel pump resitor. and check the fuel pressure regulator

found it, was a fuse, fuse is located in the same spot as the relay, boy do I feel like an idiot for not looking in the book for the location of the fuel pump fuse.
expensive mistake fuel pump was probably good, well I 've got a back up
