For them to admit that there is a legitament problem with your vehicle would be admitting to their incomptence because they have blown you off for this long. Here is what they train their incompentence reaasure the customer that they purchased a quality product, then tell them it's an intermittent problem and it's common for new vehicles to have a few bugs as they break in. Then when all else fails be a complet a hole and hope the customer goes away. Just make sure you get invoices to record all the times you took it to the dealer to get this problem resolved. You can always take it to another dealer or an independent shop to get another opinion.
I think that top statement is correct, the dealer is never wrong. As in my case got all the documents and also register a complaint to Gm Canada, heres an update got the dealership to do a complete system flush as to get all the old coolant and dye and any stop leak pellets if any they added to my systen, got in in writing as to any coolant leaks while in warranty or out will be fix. Also as a good will on there part they installed a remote start for me.
