You can use pipe tape or any color RTV.

My preference is the gray high temp RTV.

I have a small pin hole in the plastic top part of my Rad, i can see a small stream pissin out when the car is up to temp, im thinking about using some plastic weld epoxy it can handle 1300PSI and 250+ Temps im hoping it will work, what you guys think?

I'm not so sure 1300 psi can come from a hole that big. I would try some JB weld if it's only a pin hole. Just ruff it up real good.
