Have a 2006 grand prix with a brand new theromostat and a flushed heating system. Car does not get very warm inside at all. There is no pressure in the heating system as it was drained. The heat that comes from the blowers is warm, but not warm enough to keep the car warm on cold days. The engine gets to where it should be. Anti freeze is full and new. Only thing wrong is my radiator cap does not release any pressure. Been trying to change it but T46 which all parts places list as a replacement does not fit.
any suggestions?
No warning lights , engine runs fine. Just doesnt get warm.
Whats the proper rad cap number? Maybe the car was in an accident before I bought it.
