Dude, you act like a ****ing liberal piece of **** prick. I fixed the issue by the way. And no, I didn't need to take the belt off. The belt and pulleys and **** are fine. It was the EGR valve. It was stuck open. For whatever reason, that fixed the noise. I also topped off on all my fluids. Power steering is still an issue. There's a leak or something somewhere but that wasn't what the issue was. I know more about cars than you think. Work smarter not harder. Why go thru all the trouble of pulling a belt off and putting it back on when I could diagnose the problem another way? Simple. I've pulled belts of engines before; gas and diesel. I know what it requires. But you guys are all ****ing assholes and don't know how to help someone without being rude. It's like it's you way or no way. ****ing liberals. Deuces!
