na engines are cheaper @300 ish. l67 are getting hard to find 400 up. if you find a l32 they want your first born for it most of the time. 800 up. those are street prices. cl/ ebay. your local junk yard maybe cheaper.
if all you can find is a na engine, l36 is supposed to be stronger. then some l67 heads and lim and your top swapped, or run the na engine with a turbo. options galore.
and most of the time a full blown rebuild is gonna run you a easy 2500 or more. for the most part, we blow em up and drop in another 400 dollar engine. you can blow up 5 or 6 of em before you reach the rebuild price. and the old block will hold 500 hp off a turbo 99% of the time should you go turbo.
stock bottom ends are more then fine for any supercharger set up as they dont get past the 350 hp mark generally.
