Alright so checking between the PCM and the TPS connector when plugged in all three wires are getting numbers when I use both TPS pins in the PCM when checking the resistance between them. So I think this means they are open or shorted together. But how can they be???

The TPS is plugged into the Engine Coolant Temp sensor and that's it! I'm so lost.

    And according to this diagram
It says an orange and black wire should be spliced into the MAP sensor?? Is this right? Because I don't think it ever has.
