uhhhhhh not to sure about that. but a 3.8 engine would fit nicely

3100 and 3.1 V6 are two different intakes.
It would have to be from a 96~ Grand Prix, if I remember right.
Or, you can swap the 3400 lower and upper intake from a Grand Am. Should bolt right on.
