IF you gapped them with that gapping coin-a-ma-bobby, they may be borked.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

I'd change them just for piece of mind knowing when they were changed last. I used accel wires on my el camino and really liked them but I don't know about on the gp's

For what it takes to change them on a 3.1. If you have them out. I wouldn't be taking chances of putting an older plug back in.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Good luck..I'd suggest storing some spare blood with the Red Cross for once you finish up.

Well, the plugs are hidden behind the exhaust manifolds. Which are hidden behind razor sharp heat shields and the rear barely has enough room to get an arm down the hole. You'll be fine.

It's possible, not even horrible, but they are tougher than our 3.8L version of the car.
