CAI You can just make that yourself out of PCV or plastic and put a cone filter on the end. Bigger TB you can bore it our our get one off a 3400 and then you could bore that one out to 60mm. Your stock TB is 52mm. Cat cut it off or get a high flow one. HP tuner can really help.
