1999 SE 3100 Replaced engine, Surging at idle

I just replaced my engine with a used motor, also replaced fuel pump with a new Delphi. Engine seems to run good while it is cold, when it heats up to full operating temp my engine surges at idle from 300 - 1200 rpm and then dies. I am getting codes po131, po230, po452, and po463. Any advice on how to approach this issue.

I would appreciate any help, the engine swap was easy enough but I'm not knowledgable enough to sort out the codes. Thank you for any help offered.

replacing the fuel regulator sensor fixed the problem...
