I think its like 12-14 ft/lbs. Do it in 3 stages. Reuse the stock rubber gasket if you have it. Don't forget the shift kit

heres the story today my parents used my car to go a coffee and I could be my tranny when they took off was making some noise and then they called and said the car wouldn't when in gear so I figured I would try to change the fluid and filter and the colour of the fluid was dark brown and smelled bad got everything back together and still no luck wont budge at all could my transmission be shot ??? And about a week ago my transmission would shift 1 to 2nd fine but to 3rd gear would take a while

Does it move when 1st gear is selected??

If so, then the forward band is likely broken if it does not move in drive.

A pan drop requires almost 8 quarts, so if you didnt put in enough or the filter came loose, that is going to be an issue.

10ft/lbs, and the factory gasket is a metal/rubber hybrid, if it's full rubber it's aftermarket.

Yeah, 7.4 quarts. Being a 2004, you can save some money and use Dex 3 instead of 6.
