So... I just finished installing the transgo shift kit. I get the standalone benefits of the installation, but is there anything that can be changed in the PCM to take better advantage of the shift kit?

    AND?OR

What are you guys doing, tuning wise, to get better performance and drive-ability from a stock trans?

All I ever did was lower the shift times to like .270 -.300 for each gear and added maybe 5% more line pressure up to a certain torque number.

^that's exactly what I was going to say. I took my shift time down to like .2 and ever so slightly upped the line pressure. And took out all torque management.... but I like to live dangerously...

I'm at .175 for every gear. Disabled tcc lockup till 4th gear at 52 mph.

Increased every gear shift speed mph by 2.

Increased tcc duty cycle max and min tables

Seems simple enough. Drop shift times and raise the line pressure a bit.

1.) Is there a minimum shift time?
2.) Is there a maximum line pressure?
3.) @91parkave, What does the increased tcc duty cycle maxand min tables do?
4.) How do I accomplish the "skip shift"? (using HPT for reference)

I want to keep things in a safe range, but I hate the way it slides into the next gear. I really miss the way my old S-10 with a built 700R-4 shifted.

I haven't messed with the torque management. I like to live not dangerously.

ive got bills trans tune in my car with DHP. you could open it with TT then if you can get your hp bin to open in TT im pretty sure you could copy it over like that.
