I bought a 00 Daytona gtp last fall and put aeroforce on it not too long ago. my question what should shift times be? They will be 175-220ms most of the time then randomly be 300-350ms
Performance shift times don't seem to times either

Different factors like throttle %, torque, engine speed etc etc will determine shift times at any given time.

The computer maybe command the 1-2 shift at say .350 but it can happen in .300 or even .400 if needed. There is a limit at some point if the shift time becomes too long that a code will be thrown.

A custom tune could command shift times to be nearly exact all the time.

Stock shift times are long and slow compared to what people normally set them at when they tune them. The longer the shift time the smoother the shift, and more slippage/heat build up.

Quicker shift times are snappier, and less slip/heat build up. But even on older transmissions just because you command a .1 shift time, it probably won't shift that fast simply because of the wear.
