that would be book rate, it tells the shop how many hours the job should take, they they charge you for the hours the book says. even tho it can be done in 1/2 the time most of the time.

not sure what the book hours are but i could see it being 6 hours or more easy. for r and r. no other work. just a swap.

then they want to charge extra for fluids too.
