I had a leak from the driver side axle. I replaced the seal and thought that would solve the issue, well I was wrong. It still leaks. What I need to know is that are there any other seals that could leak and look like an axle seal, the fluid is definitely coming from the seal area though. Also if the axle shaft is worn what is the correct size of the axle to determine if it is undersized or not?

I got tired of having leaks on both sides so I install axle stabilizers. They are a bearing/seal combo that stop vibrations as well as leaks.
Although yours could be leaking from the laser cut side cover seal. You'll need to clean it good and watch it closely to see where its coming from.

I'll have to look into those, never heard of them before.
I'm pretty sure it's the axle seal, there is fluid pooled in the lip that's outside/around the seal.

So are these really worth it over the regular seals?
I still want to know the axle OD so I can make sure that its not the problem first.

In my opinion YES. I haven't had a leak since I installed them.
It took all of the wobble out of the axle as well.

Now if they say went bad, how hard would they be to get out in the car?

If what went bad? The fitzall bearing/seal? Cant answer that question because ive never had one go bad.
As far as getting the axles out I think it makes them easier to remove.
IF the bearing/seal goes bad for some reason I don't think it would be any harder to get them out as it would to get a regular seal out.

Be sure to follow the instructions that come with it. Go to a machine shop and get some fine grit Emory cloth. You'll need it to sand the rust and dirt off the axle where the new bearing will ride.

So I got this thing installed and it seems like everything is good. My only concern is that is this thing supposed to install flush or not? I kept tapping it in till it wouldn't go in anymore but there is about 1/16"-1/8" before the lip would fully seat.

It has splines on it that cut into the housing to hold it in place. Mine has the small gap as we'll but has never caused any problems.
