Not sure why this is a funny..... people may have there own opinions but from my experiences a high stall on a street driven turbo car is bad. I had a 3500 stall and 2.93 gears and the car barely moved until the rpm's got to 3,000-3,300.. this made a tone of high and constantly battled trans temp issues. On the track by the time the high stall would flash I was at full boost and it was hopeless to move I would just blitz the tires off.

The new setup I have 3.52 gears with a 2700 stall and is way better on the street. It feels like it wants to move now instead of being lazy. Have not been to the track on this setup yet.

Now for a sc car your power is instant so you want the converter to slip initially to get you moving a bit or your gonna spin horrible. Even here though for street driving I say no higher than a 3,000 stall.

This is my logic and my opinion.....

And for getting the meziere to fit a 258mm I had a old stock flex plate that had both patterns in it so I lines up the 245 holes and then marked where the 258 holes were and drilled it. My m:eziere now is a dual bolt pattern
