Kind of seeking a learning challenge, and saving some $. Looking at rebuilding my trans myself, lost 3rd and 4th, fluid was super black, metallic in fluid, Blah blah blah.
Was just built around 3k ago, already toasted. Havent been driving like an idiot either , its my dd.
Anyways, already have the 300m, 3.29 7/8 chain in the trans and im assuming they are both good. Havent torn into it yet.
Would be my first time rebuilding a trans by myself. Things i should know? Too hard? Are buying the tools not worth it? Thanks
