I am looking for a shift kit but want a little input from others before I buy and waste some money. I have seen the triple edge, transgo, zzp and some other kits but they all say they have their own bells and whistles. I'm not concerened about price, just want to know what would be the best for me (Im sure they are all more or less the same but you get what I mean). I use this GP as a daily driver so I dont need crazy harsh shift or anything, just enough to feel it shift harder and be friendly to my tranny. thanks

    Trans Go or Intense.

Without taking the trans apart you can't do a full on shift kit, but with the pan drop you do change the springs and add spacers which does help.

TransGo is better for the stock~ish non-performance setup...it's better than stock but jsut firms up the shifts a little...

Intense is the slapbang awesome kit that pwns. Get that one if you're looking for a hard, fast shift.

Do you think the intense would be too much for a daily?

I have the combo transgo kit from TEP and I am very satisfied with it and how it makes trans perform.

Hate me all you want guys, but both the Intense kits and Trans go kits are the same IMO. Both are safe for the street. One kit just has parts sourced from a different distributor, a scotch brite pad, filter and gasket.

Cry havoc and let slip the dogs of war.
