Well, the code said that it's "Stuck On", however the issue is that the transmission slips like crazy. Basically, the car has almost no power and when you drive it just pulls itself, kind of because when I give it gas the rpms just fly over 6,000 as if the tranny is not even attached to the engine.

If I am going to replace all 4 solenoids, what else would you suggest that I do? Should I replace the tranny fluid filter as well as the actual torque converter? I want to make this car last and will be doing all the work either myself or take it to my mechanic friend who does all the labor for cheap.

have you tryed changing the cat converter and maybe the egr valve? I had the same problem with my car but I didn't know what all codes popped up when my car did that because my dad took it to autozone and had them scan it but he never told me the codes. but I changed the egr valve and cat converter and it cleared up
