No worries, I really think there should be a 97+ section for the newer bodied prixs (97 GT still 4T60E) to keep it easier to follow and post in the correct section. Did you have a chance to get the car back to them to inspect yet? Now that I know it is a 4T65E my above advice doesnt directly relate to your problem. Some pcm tuning my help cover up the problem and I have had to do this on a few stock transmissions in the past with modded engines to get rid of the tcc cycling up and down but the real problem is typically in the valve body.
