I have been posting about a highway vibration issue I have had for some time now... little bit worse under light accelaration... always present though. Lots and Lots of repairs. Couple weird things I have noticed though are leading me in a new direction. When I was installing the lower engine mount on the passenger side of the engine I had a nightmare of a time aligning the mount bolts. Multiple prybars etc (I am a mechanic... I know sometimes they can be rough, but this was excessive....). Now I am noticing something else... the mounts at the radiator support, and dogbones don't line up quite straight, they are offset... not HORRIBLY... but enough to be noticeable.

Now I also know the lower section of the lf fender has been recleared, and the front bumper has been repainted... not replaced. Is there a chance I have some accident damage to the body/subframe that I am just not seeing. When I brake torque it, the engine dosn't just rock back and forth, it kind of looks like the lower passnger side slides under and forward... more of a twisting motion then a rocking motion. Even after the mount replacement (all mounts replaced) I am thinking this twisting motion is throwing the drive axles out of align under load on the freeway and causing a driveshaft alignment type vibration.
I have replace 4 rims, 4 tires, 4 axles (2 sets, both new, not rebuilt...). 4 bearings, 4 struts, and mounts. all engine/trans mounts. All brakes. No loose front end parts.
