Well I came across a deal that I don't think I can pass up... A guy has a 2000 GP with a bad bearing and from what he has told me, the trans is still good. I figure I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and instead of wasting my time, I might as well swap the engine into the newer one (which has a better looking body than mine, seeing as I come from an area where they salt the roads more days than not) and then scrap the old one.
