You will need to replace the valve body with all solenoids, seperator plate, oil pump, internal wiring harness, internal linkage, cooler lines to radiator with 00-03 lines that have a quick connect end. You also need to make sure it has the correct gear ratio. It is a bit of work to do and generally not worth the money by the time you converter good parts over to the newer trans because after you have done all the work you still only have a stock trans with low miles.
