XAB or XBB

Looking for replacement trans in the car. I have a 2000 GTP with wngine code "1". I have found transmissions but they have either XAB or XBB broadcast codes. Mine has code XBB

1) whats the difference
2) will the XBA work in mine with any issues.

Did u use the xab instead of the xbb cuz I'm in the same boat and need to know b4 I do it

Wasn't long ago someone said what the answer was.... IIRC and I probably am not. I think it was internal vs external PNP swtich. If you have an external you can easily add one to a trans w/o one.
